Leadership Day 2011

Leadership Day was great.
Lee Mun Wah was the keynote speaker
and he spoke to us UVU leaders about diversity
among the students at UVU. We took part in some
interesting ice breakers & got to know lots of new people.
UVU has some great leaders for this 2011-2012 school year!
I learned how to be a leader by listening.
Some of us UVUSA kids being crazy.
Listening to Lee Mun Wah

Kaitlin & I
Dedicated to the chicken Tyler killed in Fiji.
Listening to a lecture by Andrew Stone
in a breakout session about being
an advocate for the students!
Andrew Stone is awesome!! It was good to have him back at UVU.

Overall, it was a great experience.
I love being a senator at UVU.
I have a passion for helping these students
& trying to make UVU a better place for future students.
This has been a great experience & I am learning so much
about communicating, networking, & reaching out to those students
who think they don't have a voice on campus.
Can't wait for next week, WEEK OF WELCOME!
